Introduction
Welcome to Edge of Elegance (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our website and using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before booking our services. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

1. Services
Edge of Elegance provides event décor services, including but not limited to, design, setup, and decoration for weddings, corporate events, and private functions. Our services are subject to availability and are provided as described in the consultation and agreement.

2. Booking and Payment

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking, which will be detailed in your contract.
  • The remaining balance is due [insert time frame, e.g., 14 days] before the event date.
  • Payments can be made via [list accepted payment methods, e.g., credit card, e-transfer].
  • Failure to make payment on time may result in cancellation of services.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancellations must be made in writing.
  • If you cancel your booking more than [insert time frame, e.g., 30 days] before the event, you may be eligible for a partial refund, minus the deposit.
  • Cancellations made less than [insert time frame, e.g., 30 days] before the event may not be eligible for a refund.
  • In the unlikely event that Edge of Elegance must cancel your booking, you will receive a full refund, including the deposit.

4. Changes to Services

  • Any changes to the scope of services must be requested in writing and may be subject to additional charges.
  • Edge of Elegance reserves the right to make minor adjustments to décor items as needed to accommodate unforeseen circumstances without compromising the overall design.

5. Client Responsibilities

  • The client is responsible for providing accurate information regarding event details, timelines, and access to the venue.
  • The client must ensure that the venue is ready for setup at the agreed-upon time and that all necessary permissions and permits are in place.

6. Liability

  • Edge of Elegance is not liable for any damages or delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to, weather, venue restrictions, or third-party vendors.
  • The client assumes responsibility for any damage to décor items caused by guests, vendors, or venue staff during the event.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All designs, concepts, and materials created by Edge of Elegance are the intellectual property of Edge of Elegance.
  • The client agrees not to replicate or reproduce any designs without written permission from Edge of Elegance.

8. Photography and Promotion

  • Edge of Elegance reserves the right to take photographs of our décor at your event for promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

9. Privacy

  • Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

10. Governing Law

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada. Any disputes arising from these terms or services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Alberta.

11. Amendments

  • Edge of Elegance reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any modifications indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.
